I grew up in North Staffordshire, England and completed my Reflexology Practitioners Course at the Phyllis Southam School of Reflexology in 1996, just before moving to AK. I have completed Advanced Reflexology Training and continue to expand my Reflexology skills during visits to the UK.

In 2010 I completed training in Massage Therapy and Oncology Massage and passed the National MBLEX exam. I have since trained in "Bodywork for the Childbearing Year" with Kate Jordan, Mat and Thai massage, advanced Deep Tissue, Positional Release and a series of Advanced Trainings in Myofascial Release to my skills set.

My work has taken me onsite to business locations and events, our local hospital, homes for the elderly, plus private, chiropractic and naturopathic clinics.

New clients can book in at Vitality center or Tanana Sun Chiropractic. I am now taking established and referred clients at my new home office.
